Hi Cami - You dont know me, but I found your blog through the article on AZ Central, and I have to say that your little boy has stolen my heart.

My name is Karen - I'm a mom of 2 boys, and I also live in Chandler. I think the similarities in our lives is what makes me drawn to Trey.

It seems like you have a ton of support already, but if you ever need anything.....even a playdate for Trey (I have a 4 year old son)...I am an email away. I will pray for Trey and your family. Keep your chin and spirits up :)

Hi Cami and Family,
I saw your article in today's paper. I just wanted to share with you that we have a son, Taylor, that was diagnosed with MPS VI back when he was a year old in 1989. Believe me I completely understand all of the emotions that you have been going through and will continue to go through.

Taylor went through a bone marrow transplant in July of 1989, his big sister was a perfect matched donor (she was only 4 at the time). His transplant took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Taylor is now 20 years old, he will be 21 in December. He is healthy and happy!! He is currently a student at Chandler Gilbert Community College.

Please feel free to contact me. We would love to do anything to help. Taylor would be happy to give Trey and your family words of encouragement too! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

Hi Cami
It's Donna,we met Friday night.Concerning the Wrestling Show, the gentleman who is helping was wondering if we could possibly give him some building options this week.He needs to see the buildings to make sure there is a way to get the equipment in.If you would rather I communicate with the school or other possible site providers,I would be happy to do that.It wouldn't be my first time asking for help.If so just e-mail me the contact info and I will make it happen.Friday night was terrific! I hope you felt the love & support in the room,I know I did.

Cami,
I love Trey's Blog. You are doing such a wonderful job of getting the word out about MPS VI. I am so glad that Biomarin was a part of us getting to know each other. I remember the first day we talked when you had just found out Trey's diagnosis. You were so unsure of what to do and even if you had the will power to do anything. Look at you now! I hope sometime soon we can meet and that Nathan and Trey can meet as well. We need to always stick together.
MPS VI moms unite as one!
Warmly,
Margo
